In order to continue to provide the best possible service to you, we have been reviewing the full order and delivery process and have made some changes with immediate effect. These changes have been made with our customers in mind and we are confident this will benefit everyone.

EARLIER ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Order by 1pm Monday to Friday


As of today, we have introduced a new order cut off time of 1pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Please plan ahead to place your orders by 1pm to avoid disappointment.

PUTTING YOU IN CONTROL OF YOUR PARCELS
Track your parcel from our warehouse to your door


We are moving our deliveries to DPD and will therefore no longer be using TNT. We have been trialling this service with DPD for some time and are very impressed with the level of service and the benefits it provides you, our customer.


1. Text/Email notification:
If you supply us with your mobile number and/or email address, you will be notified by text/email when your items have been despatched.
2. 1 hour delivery slot:
On the morning of your delivery you will be sent a text/email with a 1 hour delivery slot. No need to wait in all day.
3. Track your driver:
With the DPD app you can track your driver. You will have access to the drivers route and location so you can see when he/she is near your property.
4. Not going to be in?
You can change your delivery address or even request DPD to deliver to a local store. Or, you can update your driver to eg. 'leave parcel in shed'. Click here to find your local participating DPD pickup store.
5. Need to change your delivery date/time?
No problem. Once you have your tracking number from DPD you can log in and make those changes. Any additional delivery charges can be made directly to DPD through the DPD app.
6. Know your parcel's exact location:
When your driver delivers your parcel he will take a photo of the location - Front door, shed... You'll know exactly where your parcel has been left. Not in? If you're not in when the driver calls, he will take a photo of your front door and put a card through your door. Your parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse to when it is delivered to your door.

Items are shipped via DPD and will typically arrive the next working day providing orders are placed before 1pm. This service is free for all orders over £75 (ex. VAT). For orders under £75 or to guarantee delivery of your items for a particular day/time, you can select a delivery service at checkout.
