Biopac AGF Membership

We have teamed up with A Greener Festival (AGF) as part of the commitment to help events, festivals and venues around the world become more sustainable and reduce their environmental impact.

 AGF are a not-for-profit organisation that has been involved in event sustainability since the first research in 2005. Now they provide certification, training, expertise, and facilitate the exchange of best practice. They have subsequently worked with a wide range of festivals and events such as British Summer time in Hyde Park, the Royal Horticultural Society, Boomtown, Kew the Music and Manchester Pride to name a few.

As part of the membership, Biopac have agreed to their code of conduct that lists out several commitments such as actively seeking to minimise the organisations impact on the environment and striving to make positive social and environmental impacts. Since this is already a huge part of Biopac’s ethos, we felt it was the right initiative to support ahead of the coming festival season.

At Biopac we have a wide a range of compostable catering disposables for festivals and events which include, tumblers, hot cups, fibre based hot food containers, plates, bowls, drinking straws and more. We frequently work with festival organisers helping to ensure that their products are then disposed of appropriately after the event.
