Unsustainable and Unnecessary - Banish The Plastic Bag

There is no doubt that the latest campaign from the Daily Mail, ‘Banish the Bag’, has dramatically raised the awareness of the damaging effects conventional plastic bags are having on the environment. 13 billion plastic bags are disposed of every year and the majority of them are ending up in landfill where they are taking hundreds of years to disappear. If they don’t make it this far the ‘plastic poison’ can be seen lining our countryside where wildlife is becoming affected. The main concept behind the campaign is to completely eradicate the plastic bag and instead use an environmentally responsible alternative. Biopac are delighted to be able to support this campaign by offering this much needed alternative (click Bags)
